2. Equipment control and maintenance: make corresponding provisions for equipment tools, measuring instruments, etc. that affect product quality characteristics, and verify their accuracy before use, reasonably store and protect between two uses, and regularly verify and recalibrate ;
3. Develop a preventive equipment maintenance plan. Make equipment maintenance records during the production process to ensure the accuracy and production capacity of the equipment

Appearance inspection
1. The appearance is clean and tidy, the paint color is newer, the shell and shield are not obviously deformed, the control cabinet and hydraulic station are intact and undamaged, the power cords and control lines are not cracked or aging, the wiring is firmly connected, the insulation is good, and there is no exposed, and the mechanical uniform number font Neat and beautiful.
2. Body structure: all parts are intact and complete, there is no obvious deformation of the body part, no open welding or cracks in the welded part, all parts are firmly connected, and no iron wire replaces the fastening bolt or split pin.
3. Outer packaging. Check whether the outer packaging of the equipment is intact, whether it is damaged, soaked, damp, deformed, etc., and check the surface condition of the outer packaging box.

Quantity check inspection
1. Based on the sales contract and packing list, check the specifications, models, configurations and quantities of the host, spare parts and other equipment, and check and verify the items one by one;
2. Carefully check whether the accompanying materials are complete, such as instructions, product inspection certificates, warranty sheets, instructions for use, technical drawings, etc.;
3. Make a record of the equipment delivery and issue a delivery inspection report. If problems such as shortages, wrong delivery, etc. are found, communicate with the person in charge of the factory's department in a timely manner, and check in strict accordance with the requirements, and reissue parts or random materials.

Equipment operating status
Before shipment, check the operating conditions of the equipment again to ensure that the transmission mechanism runs flexibly, has no jams, no abnormal noise, the whole machine runs smoothly, the workpiece precision is high, and the working performance is consistent with the model, which can meet the production needs.

Third party inspection
Support the third-party inspection agency designated by the customer for acceptance before the equipment is shipped, such as Alibaba,SGS,BV，etc.
