Appearance inspection
1. The appearance is clean and tidy, the paint color is newer, the shell and shield are not obviously deformed, the control cabinet and hydraulic station are intact and undamaged, the power cords and control lines are not cracked or aging, the wiring is firmly connected, the insulation is good, and there is no exposed, and the mechanical uniform number font Neat and beautiful.
2. Body structure: all parts are intact and complete, there is no obvious deformation of the body part, no open welding or cracks in the welded part, all parts are firmly connected, and no iron wire replaces the fastening bolt or split pin.
3. Outer packaging. Check whether the outer packaging of the equipment is intact, whether it is damaged, soaked, damp, deformed, etc., and check the surface condition of the outer packaging box.
Quantity check inspection
1. Based on the sales contract and packing list, check the specifications, models, configurations and quantities of the host, spare parts and other equipment, and check and verify the items one by one;
2. Carefully check whether the accompanying materials are complete, such as instructions, product inspection certificates, warranty sheets, instructions for use, technical drawings, etc.;
