Cut to length classification:
1. According to the thickness of the plate that can be cut horizontally, it is divided into thin plate transverse cutting line (processing thickness of 0.1-3.0mm) and thick plate transverse cutting line (processing thickness of 3.0-6.0Mm).
2. According to metal materials, it can be divided into copper strip cut to length line, stainless steel cut to length line, cold plate cut to length line, silicon steel cut to length line, and tinplate cut to length line.
3. According to the degree of automation, it can be divided into fully automatic cut to length line and semi-automatic cut to length.
Features of Cut to Length Line:
1. Our cut to length line uses a roll feeding, AC servo drive.
2. It has a fully digital length control system that ensures fast positioning with little error.
3. It has a hard chrome plated surface and is durable and abrasion resistant.
4. It is used together with a hydraulic shear or an air-clutch shear to carry out fast shearing and convenient clearance adjustment.
5. Our cut to length line is suitable for hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, and other kinds of metals with coated surfaces.
In order to maintain the accuracy of the cut to length line, extend its service life, and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, the following safety operating procedures must be strictly followed during operation:
1. Wear work clothes neatly, and female workers should wear work hats.
Before driving, it is necessary to check whether the handle and operating parts of the machine tool are normal.
3. The materials should be clamped, clamped properly, and the leveling and straightening equipment should be checked to ensure that it is synchronously turned on.
4. After installing the materials, it is necessary to determine the center positioning and check whether the hole spacing is correct.
5. It is necessary to stop and change gears. During the operation of the machine tool, it is strictly prohibited to touch materials with hands, and do not touch the mold and motor with hands.
6. It is strictly prohibited to leave work, measuring tools, gloves, and other items on the machine tool guide rails and molds.
7. After starting up, do not leave the machine tool and concentrate on the operation.
8. After work, clean the machine tool, tidy up the site, and cut off the power supply of the machine tool. Add oil and lubrication to the machine tool gears.
During the machining process, if any abnormal sound or malfunction is found during the operation of the machine tool, the power should be immediately cut off, the fault diagnosed, or the manufacturer notified
Cut to length line is used to unwind, level, cut the metal coil into the required length and stack it.
