Infeeding Carriage

all of our angle line equipped with the CNC feeding cart driven by servo motor, we choose panasonic servo motor only on our machine, to assure the high quality and long life of feeding carriage. the clamp at the end of feeding carriage can clamp the angle steel automatically and hold it into the machine

Infeeding conveyor

Infeeding conveyor the base channel of conveyors adopt one piece bending thick plate, non welded structure which can strengthen the load capacity , the bearings choose famous brand suppliers only, and the rollers with more strength and capacity, the creative design of feeding conveyor is can assure the smooth and fastest feeding of angle steel material into the mainbody to start the process.

Cutting Unit（single blade cutting)

Single blade cutting, have double cutting force , assure the cutting surface is smooth and high precision, the single blade cutting dont have any scraps during cutting, save a lot cost for user on waste material ,the gap can be adjusted according to the thickness of theangle steel to ensure the cutting quality.According to the instructions of the computer,the angle of different specifications can be cut.
