Programming Software

Software is mainly used to generate the PLC program. The system user-friendly, illustrated, with good interaction. All instructions will be translated into standard English.The resource management is clear, open or save a part program are to adopt a common dialog box can be opened in any directory or save file, remote programming, direct copy to local use.

Electrical Control Cabinet

The electrical control system of this machine is advanced and reasonable, the workpiece programming is convenient and easy to learn, and the operation is simple.It is equipped with a host computer, and installs special automatic programming and system control software to complete the connection of the servo motor to ensure fast, accurate and maintenance-free positioning. The control software can conveniently and flexibly manage the contents of the workpiece program library, and can display the workpiece graphics in real time on the screen. The control software can realize the automatic relocation function and monitor the operation of the machine at any time. When a fault occurs, the CRT will display the detailed fault cause and treatment method

Infeeding Carriage

all of our angle line equipped with the CNC feeding cart driven by servo motor, we choose panasonic servo motor only on our machine, to assure the high quality and long life of feeding carriage. the clamp at the end of feeding carriage can clamp the angle steel automatically and hold it into the machine

Infeeding conveyor

the base channel of conveyors adopt one piece bending thick plate, non welded structure which can strengthen the load capacity , the bearings choose famous brand suppliers only, and the rollers with more strength and capacity, the creative design of feeding conveyor is can assure the smooth and fastest feeding of angle steel material into the mainbody to start the process.

Cutting Unit（single blade cutting)

Single blade cutting, have double cutting force , assure the cutting surface is smooth and high precision, the single blade cutting dont have any scraps during cutting, save a lot cost for user on waste material ,the gap can be adjusted according to the thickness of theangle steel to ensure the cutting quality.According to the instructions of the computer,the angle of different specifications can be cut.
