This machine can realize typing, punching and cutting of Angle steel, channel steel and flat steel. For channel steel, it can punching holes on web side only, channel, Angle and flat steel shearing are single blade cutting.
This production line mainly used for punching, marking and shearing for the flat steel, and punching for channel steel, so also can be called combined line for flat steel and channel steel. It’s professional equipment used widely for punching, marking, and shearing for flat steel in electrical iron accessories industry.

Most manufactures adopt the flat structure currently, the flat steel easy to be deformed during the lifting process under this traditional structure. We adopt the inclined structure to make sure that the flat steel can pass through the machine smooth even if the steel deformed. With inclined structure, the production process will not stopped by possible impact of the flat steel against the machine body. Most of the other manufactures adopt flat structure.
