all of our angle line equipped with the CNC feeding cart driven by servo motor, we choose panasonic servo motor only on our machine, to assure the high quality and long life of feeding carriage. the clamp at the end of feeding carriage can clamp the angle steel automatically and hold it into the machine

the base channel of conveyors adopt one piece bending thick plate, non welded structure which can strengthen the load capacity , the bearings choose famous brand suppliers only, and the rollers with more strength and capacity, the creative design of feeding conveyor is can assure the smooth and fastest feeding of angle steel material into the mainbody to start the process.

Marking Unit

The marking unit is composed of a bed support fixed on the machine base, a movable bed, a hydraulic power pressure head, and a four-position oil cylinder that realizes the transposition of the four word boxes.

The 9 groups of punches in the punching position are switched by program under the control of PLC through a pneumatic mold selection mechanism.

Cutting Unit(single blade cutting)

The shearing unit adopts the combination of vertical plate and worktable to facilitate the replacement of the shearing dies. The shearing dies include channel steel, flat steel, and angle steel dies.

It is composed of workpiece support roller and turning cylinder. Through the button control on the button station, the processed workpiece is turned out and placed on the left or right side.

Hydraulic Station

This machine adopts an independent hydraulic station, which is convenient for equipment maintenance. The pipeline joints are all connected with high-quality joints, which fundamentally avoids joint leakage. The hydraulic valve is connected by a valve block. At the same time, a plate valve and a cartridge valve are used to reduce the number of pipes. Road connection, the hydraulic system is tighter. The pipeline loss is reduced to a minimum. The system efficiency is fully utilized.

The electrical control system of this machine is advanced and reasonable, the workpiece programming is convenient and easy to learn, The control software can conveniently and flexibly manage the contents of the workpiece program library, and can realize automatic repeat positioning function. The control software monitors the operation of the machine at any time.When a fault occurs, the CRT will display the detailed cause and treatment method of the fault.
