introduction

Working Process:
Uncoiling----- leveling primer ----looper (storage) ----servo leveling feeding ----400T punching and cutting machine + punching and reinforced hole press (three stations) -----conveying roller -----cold roll forming main process----finished material


Basic Structure:
Adopt hyraulic four-column press mode, economical and applicable, the speed of fast punching distance can be adjusted in the horizontal direction of the plate, and the punching distance can be changed through the electrical control system

Auto Decoiler:
The machine is single support mode, motor driven uncoiler material shaft to release the material volume, hydraulic power drive uncoiler material shaft tensioning device, the material volume is fixed on the uncoiler material shaft,the tensioning structure is wedge type,more stable and reliable working condition.


Loading Trolley:
The feeding trolley is of welded structure, and the motor driven trolley moves longitudinally on the ground facing the feeding shaft of the uncoiler, The motor driven trolley moves longitudinally on the ground facing the material shaft of the uncoiler;The coil surface supporting side of the trolley which driven by hydraulic cylinder moves up and down to place the coil on the shaft of the uncoiler
The supporting surface for the coil on the feeding trolley is v-shaped structure, and the surface is equipped with an anti-skid plate to avoid the coils creep down during the moving
Feeding trolley motor power:≈2.2Kw(according to the final design)
The feeding trolley contains two moving guide rails on which the trolley will be moved

Application

Adopt high speed die, produce different shape punch by using different station die (the punch die should be changed when the plate is changed), punch position can be adjusted separately, with reasonable structure, long service life and convenient adjustment.

Material Storage Devices

The material storage device consists of two parts: the arc-shaped idler roller and the material-supporting device. There are four sets of arc-shaped idler rollers, which are placed on both sides of the two storage bins, and are composed of an arc frame and a set of flexible idler rollers. , The surface of the roller is plated with hard chrome. A photoelectric switch is installed in the pit of the discharge bin to control the position of the material coil entering the pit, so that the speed of each working part can be perfectly matched.
