A cut to length line is generally used for jobs like uncoiling, straightening, measuring, cross-cutting to length and stacking of various materials such as cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, and other kinds of metal with coated surfaces.
Cut to length classification:
1. According to the thickness of the plate that can be cut horizontally, it is divided into thin plate transverse cutting line (processing thickness of 0.1-3.0mm) and thick plate transverse cutting line (processing thickness of 3.0-6.0Mm).
2. According to metal materials, it can be divided into copper strip cut to length line, stainless steel cut to length line, cold plate cut to length line, silicon steel cut to length line, and tinplate cut to length line.
3. According to the degree of automation, it can be divided into fully automatic cut to length line and semi-automatic cut to length.
