The upper roller can be lifted vertically and moved horizontally.

Pre-bending is achieved by adjusting the upper roll so that the upper roll is non-symmetrical relative to the lower roll.

Rounding is carried out by the motor and reducer driving the two lower rolls.

Since the elevation of the lower rollers is constant, it is easy to feed and operate. (Longitudinal material pairing device is provided.) It is controlled by PLC programmable monitor.
