How to perform daily maintenance on CNC Planar Drilling Machine

If the CNC Planar Drilling Machine cannot be maintained and maintained, these products will have adverse effects in the production process, and the consequences will be immeasurable. What affects our daily use is the most important thing.

一,Before starting up:
1. Check whether there is any damage or cracks in the outer skin of cables and wires. If there are any damages, please contact maintenance personnel to deal with them in time.
2. Check whether there are other people or obstacles around the machine, and whether there is oil stains or water on the ground. If so, remove them in time.
3. Check whether the bolts of various covers, covers, and connecting parts are loose, and whether the door is closed. If so, tighten or close it in time.
4. Check whether the oil volume in the fuel tank is appropriate (not less than 80L), and add hydraulic oil to the tank in a timely manner.
5. Check whether the amount of coolant is appropriate (not less than 100L), and add it when appropriate.
6. Check whether there are chips accumulated in the coolant tank and clean them in time.

 

二. Before operation:
1. First turn on the main power supply of the workshop, then turn on the switch of the control cabinet, and then check the power supply.
2. Check whether the motor has any abnormal sound, abnormal vibration, and the lubrication of each sliding surface.
3. Test run the machine and observe whether the main shaft of the power head operates flexibly, whether the regulator motor operates normally, whether the clamping cylinder and locking cylinder move flexibly, and whether the coolant nozzle works normally.
4. Select the appropriate drill bit according to the diameter of the workpiece hole. After the drill bit diameter is determined, select the appropriate spindle rotation.

5. The superimposed thickness of the workpiece shall not be greater than 80mm.

 

三, At work
1 Operators must wear work helmets, safety shoes and safety glasses.
2 Operators are strictly prohibited from touching the operation box, control panel, transformer, frequency converter and motor terminal box.
3. It is strictly prohibited to keep fingers, clothes, hair, etc. close to rotating parts such as spindle motors.
4. The drilling size should be controlled within the machine's capabilities.


四. End of work
1. After processing the parts, if the power needs to be cut off, first cut off the control cabinet switch, and then cut off the main power switch of the workshop.
2. Make sure the machine is completely stopped and the main power supply of the workshop is cut off before cleaning the machine.
