Safety operating procedures for 3D drilling machines

3D drilling machine is a specialized machine tool used for metal processing, widely used in industries such as mechanical manufacturing, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and 

electronic equipment. When using a 3D drilling machine, follow some safety operating procedures.

1.Before operating the 3D drilling machine, fix the workpiece and fixture securely and ensure their stability and reliability to prevent the workpiece from sliding or falling off during the 

drilling process.

2. During the operation, the staff shall not forcefully pull the workpiece and use appropriate cutting parameters for processing to prevent mechanical overload and abnormal vibration.

3. Staff should pay attention to the distance between the workpiece and the drill bit to prevent accidental injury caused by collision between the drill bit and the workpiece.

4. During the machining process, it is prohibited to directly contact the workpiece, machining area, and cutting fluid with hands. Special tools should be used for operation and splashing 

of cutting fluid should be avoided.

When abnormal noises, odors, or vibrations are found during the processing, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection and if necessary, reported to maintenance 

personnel.
