The CNC angle steel punching, shearing, and marking production line is an advanced automated system designed for processing angle steel (L-shaped structural steel) used in construction, power transmission towers, telecommunications towers, and various steel structures.
It has three punching stations on each side , can punch 6 holes at same time, holes punched at any position .
Nowadays, the users prefer single blade shearing to avoid any material wastage during cutting .
The marking station have 4 cassetes , can typing 12 letters in one line as standard .
1. The cnc angle line adopts our ownself-developed Taurus software can be used when the device is turned on, and stopped when it is turned off, and it does not need to return to the original point when it is restarted. It can achieve continuous work ,greatly improve the working efficiency.
2. On the basis of supporting dxf, the machine supports TEKKELA NCformatto meet the various production needs of customers
3. The probe sensor of the entire production line is reduced by 1 time, which reduces the failure rate of the whole machine by 1 time, which greatly decreases the maintenance and use costs.
4. It can finish punching, marking and cutting functions automatically on one machine.

all of our angle line equipped with the CNC feeding cart driven by servo motor, we choose panasonic servo motor only on our machine, to assure the high quality and long life of feeding carriage. the clamp at the end of feeding carriage can clamp the angle steel automatically and hold it into the machine
the base channel of conveyors adopt one piece bending thick plate, non welded structure which can strengthen the load capacity ,the bearings choose famous brand suppliers only, and the rollers with more strength and capacity, the creative design of feeding conveyor is can assure the smooth and fastest feeding of angle steel material into the mainbody to start the process.
Driven by the motor and reducer through sprocket and chain, through three long shafts and six self-made couplings. This makes the angle steel stable and low noise during the conveying process
The marking unit adopts a closed body,which has good rigidity, more uniformforce, and clearer typing. Equipped with four groups of characters boxes, the typing distance can be set at random.
Equipped with three different specificationsofpunches on each side, and each punchhas a mold selection cylinder, which cancarry out multiple rows and different hole punching processes on the two wings of the angle steel.
Single blade cutting, have double cutting force , assure the cutting surface is smooth and high precision, the single blade cutting dont have any scraps during cutting, save a lot cost for user on waste material ,the gap can be adjusted according to the thickness of theangle steel to ensure the cutting quality.According to the instructions of the computer,the angle of different specifications can be cut.
