The CNC angle steel production line is used for punching, stamping characters, and cutting processing of angle steel. It is widely used in the production of angle steel towers in the power transmission and communication industries, as well as in angle steel components in the construction industry, railways, and bridge engineering. Due to its ability to jointly complete functions such as stamping, punching, and cutting, it can also be called a CNC angle steel joint production line.
Production process:
1. Feeding
The workpiece is manually lifted to the platform behind the horizontal material platform, which is the workpiece placement area, waiting for equipment to feed and process.
2. Horizontal feeding
The CNC system sends instructions, which are driven by the rotation of the material table deceleration motor to rotate the material table sprocket. The quick dial installed on the chain moves the workpiece horizontally on the wear-resistant nylon plate. Finally, fall into the V-shaped groove with the vertex facing downwards and wait for flipping.
3. Flip loading
The CNC system sends instructions, which are driven by the flipping deceleration motor to rotate the long axis of the flipping frame. The flipping chain drives the feeding claw to rotate around the axis. When rotating, the V-shaped opening of the feeding claw remains upward, and the workpiece on the V-shaped surface of the feeding table is lifted, rotated, and placed on the feeding channel.
4. CNC feeding
After the workpiece is placed on the feeding channel, the gripper at the front end of the CNC car clamp rod clamps the workpiece under the action of the cylinder. The CNC car is controlled by the CNC system and drives the workpiece to achieve CNC feeding.
5. Typing
The workpiece is sent to the set position, and the typing body falls to the typing position. The font selection cylinder pushes the designated font box to the typing position under system control, and the characters are pressed onto the workpiece by the pressing head of the typing cylinder.
6. Punching
The punching machine has two punching units arranged on both sides, with three mold positions on each side. Each mold position has a set of mold frame devices, which are equipped with punch rods, punches, and concave molds. Before processing, each mold frame device should be installed. The CNC system sends instructions, the material pressing cylinder acts, and the material pressing mechanism presses the workpiece. The selected mold position is pushed by the cylinder to the top of the punch rod by the cushion block, and the punching master cylinder presses down to punch the hole in that mold position. The remaining unselected mold positions cannot be punched due to the lack of cushion blocks, and the punch rod is empty.
7. Cutting
After punching the specified hole on a workpiece according to the program, the CNC car pushes the workpiece to the designated position, the shearing oil cylinder works, and the upper tool moves down to cut the workpiece, completing a finished product.
