CNC Angle Steel Punching Line Structure And Process Flow

The CNC angle steel production line is used for punching, stamping characters, and cutting processing of angle steel. It is widely used in the production of angle steel towers in the power transmission and communication industries, as well as in angle steel components in the construction industry, railways, and bridge engineering. Due to its ability to jointly complete functions such as stamping, punching, and cutting, it can also be called a CNC angle steel joint production line. This product has the characteristics of high precision and easy operation, and is an essential and efficient equipment for quality assurance in the manufacturing industry of iron towers and steel structures. In tower processing equipment, there are two main processing methods used for hole making, one is stamping, and the other is drilling. Unlike CNC angle steel drilling production lines, this production line is usually also known as CNC angle steel punching production lines.

 

The CNC angle steel production line is composed of a horizontal material table, a flipped feeding channel, a CNC car, a typewriter, a punching machine, a cutting unit, and a sorting material channel. It is equipped with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical control systems, and other angle steel punching production lines, which are arranged in an "L" shape. The blank material is first fed horizontally, and then automatically fed to the feeding channel by flipped feeding. It then passes through the typewriter, punching machine, and cutting vertically and sequentially to reach the sorting material channel. During the production process, it is necessary to manually lift and place the raw material at the back of the horizontal material platform. According to the production rhythm, the raw material is transported horizontally by the conveyor chain to the V-shaped groove at the front end of the material platform. The flipping material claw driven by the deceleration motor picks up the raw material and flips it onto the feeding channel. There is a CNC car installed on the feeding channel, driven by a servo motor, and the workpiece is servo fed under the clamping of the car's jaws Feed: the workpiece enters the typing station first under the push of the trolley, and then enters the punching host after the characters are stamped. The punching host adopts the double side the third mock examination position. After the punching is completed, it is cut off by shearing, and the workpiece is turned over by the sorting chute to complete the processing.

 

The processing process adopts a method of punching first and then cutting, which can complete the hole making process of the entire defective material in one go. Then, the control system controls the sawing and cutting of the blank at the appropriate position, customizing the required length of the finished product. This process method is convenient for the integration and utilization of defective materials, and can process multiple finished products at once.
