PD Series machine is mainly composed of bed,gantry structure,drilling power head,hydraulic system,control system,centralized lubrication system,cooling system chip removal system and quick change chuck.

2. PLC control system, easy programme and operation, we choose Mitusbishi PLC , can read CAD drawings by upload to PLC by DXF . 

3. Hydraulic clamps design: it have 12 hydraulic clamps on the side of the bed, to fix the workpiece easily. The system can recognize  A. B.C.D area automatically and the 0 point have been set, dont need to search the 0 every time 

4. X axis driven by lead screw with motor, more precision and fast movement.Guide Rail adopts famous HIWIN brand, 45mm width , installed at side of bed, save the space and increase the Y stroke 

5. PD series can updated to double drilling spindles with double driven, 200% effieciency improved (optional)
