Features

Discharging Conveyor

The out-feeding conveyor is equipped with overturn device for discharge the finished products on the stacking table or platform automatically. Especially long finished pieces are automatically transported and turned over by this setup, which greatly saves manpower.

Probe Sensor

The probe sensor of the entire production line is reduced by 1 time, which reduces the failure rate of the whole machine by 1 time, which greatly decreases the maintenance and use costs.

Single Blade

Single blade type resolve the waste material problem, the cutting is shear type, with stronger shearing force.it can achieve continuous shearing for finished angle steels one by one.

Three Molds Position Per Side Punching Unit
