This WZ series machine mainly consists of the automatic lubrication system and spray cooling device of the electrical system for drilling the power head of the movable sliding plate power head of the bed.Greatly improving the machining precision of workpiece and the labor productivity, shorten the production preparation period once clamping profile of a surface can be realized all machining

PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE

Programming is simple, the machine is equipped with my company independent development of PC software and the software is fully compatible with Windows XP, parts processing and greatly improve the degree of automation, to realize the CAD/CAM programming automatically translate directly (i.e., realized the computer graphics and the workpiece processing program directly into), eliminating the manual programming and the input of trial, really did it without drawing production of CNC equipment, avoid the mistake of manual programming; So as to ensure and improve the workpiece processing precision and production efficiency

The machine is fixed by working table and movable structure of power head. Slip plate adopts C type structure, this structure reduces the work piece in the process of drilling and equipment of resonance, extend the service life of the equipment, layout more reasonable workbench is an organic whole repeatedly with stand reduced the deformation of the equipment, in order to ensure that in the process of drilling machine has enough strength and rigidity workbench
