This machine can punch and cut angles by very simple program operation. It is also possible to set the length of the finished piece directly through CNC operation, achieving complete automation. It also has a self-diagnostic function to save repair time.
The production line is applicable for marking punching and shearing of angle steel in th efields of electric power,commuincatons,steel structure,photovoltaic brackets,etc.

The machine adopts our own self-developed Taurus software can be used when the device is turned on, and stopped when it is turned off, and it does not need to return to the original point when it is restarted. It can achieve continuous work ,greatly improve the working efficiency.
Marking unit adopt closed frame with good rigidity,four groups of character boxes are fixed in the marking unit which can be selected by program,each with up to 12 characters
The machine's shear unit body adopts a double blades gantry frame type body, and the tool guide part adopts a wear-resistant copper plate. When cutting materials of different thicknesses, the gap between the cutters can be adjusted by adding or subtracting pad blades to always maintain good cutting quality.
