It is used for light pole material uncoiling, leveling, cutting to length , edge slitting and taper slitting process, to get one side small width, one side big width steel plate.

Application

Suitable to process the Hot Rolled Coil and prepare completely flat & rectangular shape sheet in different widths & Lengths called “PARALLELOGRAM”, suitable for manufacturing Octagonal Poles, High Mast Poles multisided, and Round Conical Poles.

Features

Decoiling,four lay leveling , cut to Length CNC controlled, edge slitting unit, taper slitting unit on one line. After the shearing machine, there is no need to load and unload steel plate , and directly join to edge slitting and middle slitting, then the taper slitting process.

Reduce the number of operators, labor, and increase production speed The shearing machine has an integral rotation function, which can rotate relative to the center line at a certain angle, so that the cutted sheet is a parallelogram, which is convenient for the taper slitting to obtain an isosceles trapezoidal sheet after oblique cutting, suitable for the production of street light poles.
