This machine can realize typing, punching and cutting of Angle steel, channel steel and flat steel. For channel steel, it can punching holes on web side only, channel, Angle and flat steel shearing are single blade cutting
The uploading part is mainly composed of transverse feeding unit
Transverse material platform by motor, reducer through sprocket, chain transmission, to assure the feeding process stable with low noise. This part function is uploading the material on the in-feed conveyor, ready for clamp by the CNC feeding cart
The feeding part is mainly composed of feeding conveyor(12m) and CNC feeding cart
(1)Feeding conveyor is composed of conveying roller, bracket, transmission rack, moving raceway and so on
(2)The feeding car consist of moveable cart, clamp , clamping cylinder, swing cylinder, servo motor, etc. During feeding work, the trolley is guided by two precision guide rails on the feeding conveyor, which has the advantages of high precision, high stability and low noise. First of all, the Angle steel is sent into the clamp by manual, feeding clamp driven by servo motor under the instructions of the computer, then the material feed to the host for printing, punching, shearing process automatically
The host part mainly consists of a pressing unit, a marking unit, a punching unit and a shearing unit.

The main function of the pressing unit is to compress the angle steel to be printed, punched, and sheared to prevent the angle steel from deviating when it is stressed and affect the processing accuracy, and it is also a mechanism to overcome the punching and shearing force.
The marking unit is composed of a bed support fixed on the machine base, a movable bed, a hydraulic power pressure head, and a four-position oil cylinder that realizes the transposition of the four word boxes. According to the instructions of the computer, print at the position required by the drawing. In order to meet the processing range of the machine, a manual adjustment mechanism is added, which can be used to change the down position of the mobile body (namely the position of the word head) to adapt to the typing position of angles of different specifications.
Punching unit: It consists of three bodies fixed on the machine base, two sets of hydraulic cylinders, two sets of die holders with molds, two sets of driving mechanisms, and two sets of servo units for adjusting the pitch. Each side of the unit can be equipped with two different specifications of punches, each punch is equipped with a cylinder. A cushion block is connected to the cylinder piston rod, and the cushion block is installed between the punch rod and the cylinder pressure head. According to computer instructions, the punch is automatically selected, that is, the corresponding cylinder is selected to push the corresponding pad; the positioning of the quasi-distance is determined by the servo motor driving the die frame through the ball screw drive to move up and down to the required punching quasi-distance. The punching is completed by the power of the punching cylinder through the hydraulic system.
The shearing unit is composed of a frame body, a shearing cylinder, an upper knife mechanism, and a lower knife mechanism. The cutting mechanism can adjust the gap according to the thickness of the angle steel to ensure the cutting quality.
It is composed of workpiece support roller and turning cylinder. Through the button control on the button station, the processed workpiece is turned out and placed on the left or right side.
The hydraulic system is composed of oil tank, high pressure and low pressure pump group, cooler, main valve group and other control valve groups. It is used to provide working power to each cylinder of the main engine.
