introduction

The host part mainly consists of a pressing unit, a marking unit, a punching unit and a shearing unit.

(1) The main function of the pressing unit is to compress the angle steel to be printed, punched, and sheared to prevent the angle steel from deviating when it is stressed and affect the processing accuracy, and it is also a mechanism to overcome the punching and shearing force.

(2) The marking unit is composed of a bed support fixed on the machine base, a movable bed, a hydraulic power pressure head, and a four-position oil cylinder that realizes the transposition of the four word boxes. According to the instructions of the computer, print at the position required by the drawing. In order to meet the processing range of the machine, a manual adjustment mechanism is added, which can be used to change the down position of the mobile body (namely the position of the word head) to adapt to the typing position of angles of different specifications.

This machine can realize typing, punching and cutting of Angle steel, channel steel and flat steel. For channel steel, it can punching holes on web side only, channel, Angle and flat steel shearing are single blade cutting
