The products of the production line are carried out according to the following technological process:
Uncoiling → cold bending molding → press table & cut off → discharge.


Roll forming unit of Glazed tile production line:
Purpose: It is used to achieve the desired interface shape through the roll bending process.
Structure: the forming unit adopts motor, reducer and reducer drive.
Forming machine archway for independent archway structure (not plate structure), stable performance, reliable, high precision.
Lower shaft drive, if necessary lane up and down shaft using synchronous gear.
The base is welded steel structure. Annealing after welding.
The forming roller is designed by professional software. The material is made of high quality 45 steel and hard chrome plating.
