1. Uncoiler 1 set

       The machine is in single head mode.The tensioning structure is connecting rod type, the working state is stable and reliable The uncoiler is equipped with pneumatic brake
 

2. Servo motor leveler and feeder 1 set

       Usage :According to the actual punching required step length into the sheet material, can set multiple feeding parameters at one time, convenient and fast.Accurate feeding accuracy without cumulative
 

3. Punching Unit 1 set

      Structure :Whole Frame welded hydraulic press, economical and applicable, fast speedThe hole spacing c an be adjusted in the transverse direction of the plate, and the step spacing can be changed through t he electrical control system
 

4. Roll forming machine 1set

Structure: The molding unit adopts independent stand ( archway stands mode).Motor, reducer drive, chain  d riven type
