Overview

The carriage board production line equipment is an automatic equipment, used for making carriage bottom, and side plate of carriage plate etc.


The production line is carried out according to the following process:

Uncoiling → Leveling → Looper (Storage) → Servo Feeding, Pre-cutting → Looper (Storage) →roll forming → Spot

Welding→cutting→discharging.

There are two types of nuts on the outside of the archway: left-handed (lower shaft) and right-handed (upper shaft).

Roller shaft material: 40Cr, quenched and tempered, hardness is HRC45~50
Parameters: Forming passes: 36 passes (subject to the final design)
Archway sorties: 36+32=68 sorties
