single-machine intelligent welding workstation is mainly used for robot-automated welding of various steel structure fillet welds. The workstation meets the welding requirements of fillet welds such as H-shaped steel structures and diaphragms.
Overview of workstation functions:
1) The system can meet the normal operation of two shifts per day (8 hours per shift) and maintain stable accuracy.
2) The design drawings of the workstation have been repeatedly demonstrated and simulated. The design strength of each component is reliable and easy to assemble and maintain. On the premise of ensuring the function, the appearance is guaranteed.
3) All purchased parts of the workstation equipment are provided by well-known manufacturers in the industry (see the configuration list for details). The quality of all processed parts has been strictly checked, the strength meets the standard, the performance is excellent and the movement is stable.
4) The measurement units of the parts and instruments of the workstation equipment and all drawings and materials are all in accordance with the national standard (GB); the design, manufacture and materials used of all instruments and components should comply with ISO and IEC standards or other equivalent standards.
5) The workstation parts are made of high-quality materials, and the selected mechanical and electrical components are high-quality, mature and reliable series products.
6) There is an anti-collision sensor at the front end of the robot, which can stop the machine in time for protection in case of collision. At the same time, the automatic gun cleaning and wire cutting system can be configured according to needs.
7) Intelligent welding functions such as workstation parametric modeling, 3D digital model drive, intelligent planning of welding path, laser vision sensor photo correction path, alarm for exceeding the limit deviation range, matching parameters and process library to automatically create welding programs.

Mainly used in welding of steel structures, tower angles, and base plates.
The welding robot has two cameras. The large camera is responsible for scanning, automatically generating images, and determining the welding position. If there is no need for welding, it can be deleted on the screen. Then, the small camera will track and determine the welding position and sequence, and then perform welding.
The robot with positioner is suitable for small workpieces. It can rotate and scan each side only once. No need to scan again after welding.
