Each ground rail welding workstation includes a control system, ground rail walking mechanism, arc welding robot, welding power supply and cooling water tank, intelligent welding vision system, water-cooled welding gun and gun cleaning station, etc.
The width of the component shall not exceed 1.2 meters; the standard length of the ground rail is 9 meters; the ground rail position shall be installed and placed according to the workshop layout and production process.
Welding seam form: straight angle weld, flat fold line angle weld, vertical angle weld, angle welding (excluding multi-layer and multi-pass).
Steel structure products: including H-shaped steel columns, roof beams, crane beams (travel track beams), brackets, purlins and other relatively open steel structure products.

The software is deployed on a PC system, which can be placed anywhere and can be remotely controlled through wireless routing, that is, the on-site equipment can be directly operated for welding in the office.
The self-developed system has the main function of deeply integrating the welding process, importing it into a three-dimensional model, accurately locating the weld of the entire component through a visual system, and automatically generating a welding program based on the actual contour of the position in the model.
With a multi-function reamer, the gun can be cleaned to the root of the conductive nozzle.
