Overview

The ground-track single-machine intelligent welding workstation is mainly used for robot-automated welding of various steel structure fillet welds. The workstation meets the welding requirements of fillet welds of H-shaped steel structures, diaphragms, etc.

Each ground rail welding workstation includes a control system, ground rail walking mechanism, arc welding robot, welding power supply and cooling water tank, intelligent welding vision system, water-cooled welding gun and gun cleaning station, etc.

The width of the component shall not exceed 1.2 meters; the standard length of the ground rail is 9 meters; the ground rail position shall be installed and placed according to the workshop layout and production process.

Welding seam form: straight angle weld, flat fold line angle weld, vertical angle weld, angle welding (excluding multi-layer and multi-pass).

Steel structure products: including H-shaped steel columns, roof beams, crane beams (travel track beams), brackets, purlins and other relatively open steel structure products.
